Instructor - certification prep (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Raleigh, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
