Instructor - certification prep (Providence, RI)

Silverline Cross Health is a healthcare provider in Providence with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
