Instructor - certification prep (Providence, RI)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Providence. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
