Instructor - certification prep (Providence, RI)

Summit Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Providence, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 946 people based in Providence. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
