Instructor - certification prep (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
