Instructor - certification prep (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
