Instructor - certification prep (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Pittsburgh. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
