Instructor - certification prep (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Thistle Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
