Instructor - certification prep (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright West Health runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 931 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
