Instructor - certification prep (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
