Instructor - certification prep (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
