Instructor - certification prep (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
