Instructor - certification prep (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Nest Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
