Instructor - certification prep (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around New Orleans. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
