Instructor - certification prep (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Technologies provides primary and specialty care in Nashville, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
