Instructor - certification prep (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Fox Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
