Instructor - certification prep (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
