Instructor - certification prep (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Wilder Staffing places workers with employers around Milwaukee, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
