Instructor - certification prep (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
