Instructor - certification prep (Miami, FL)

Northwind Iron Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
