Instructor - certification prep (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Sparrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Memphis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
