Instructor - certification prep (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group is a Memphis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
