Instructor - certification prep (Madison, WI)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
