Instructor - certification prep (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
