Instructor - certification prep (Louisville, KY)

Summit Mill Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
