Instructor - certification prep (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
