Instructor - certification prep (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Logistics and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 1 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
