Instructor - certification prep (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bright Ridge Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
