Instructor - certification prep (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records.
