Instructor - certification prep (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Care Services Associates and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
