Instructor - certification prep (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Wilder Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
