Instructor - certification prep (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Bright Staffing is a Las Vegas staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
