Instructor - certification prep (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ridge Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
