Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Corner Medical Group is a Kansas City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
