Instructor - certification prep (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Maple Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
