Instructor - certification prep (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
