Instructor - certification prep (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
