Instructor - certification prep (Hartford, CT)

Nova Willow Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
