Instructor - certification prep (Hartford, CT)

Bright West Health provides primary and specialty care in Hartford, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
