Instructor - certification prep (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Nest Staffing is a Grand Rapids staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
