Instructor - certification prep (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
