Instructor - certification prep (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Wren Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
