Instructor - certification prep (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
