Instructor - certification prep (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Rowan Care Services supports families and individuals in El Paso with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
