Instructor - certification prep (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Harbor Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
