Instructor - certification prep (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Union Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
