Instructor - certification prep (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
