Instructor - certification prep (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Fern Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
