Instructor - certification prep (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
