Instructor - certification prep (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Denver. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
